High School Mental Perrformance coaching

Build the mental foundation
Your child puts in the reps. But when the big moment comes, the tournament, the showcase, or the tryout, physical preparation alone isn't enough. That's where mental performance coaching changes everything.
Through ongoing mental performance coaching, your child starts carrying themselves differently. The nerves before a big game don't go away, but they learn to use them instead of fighting them. They stop letting one bad shift spiral into a bad game. A consistency develops that coaches notice: the athlete who competes the same way in practice as they do in a tournament final, who bounces back quickly, who brings focus instead of anxiety.
Beyond sports, the confidence and mental habits built through this coaching carries into school, relationships, and everything else your child pursues.
What the Coaching Covers
Every athlete we work with gets a plan built specifically around their sport, position, personality, and the mental challenges they're facing right now — rooted in our MASC Method.
Through our work together, your athlete will:
-
Manage pre-game nerves so they show up ready, not rattled
-
Build real confidence that holds up after a bad game
-
Develop focus routines that travel from practice to competition
-
Process mistakes quickly and get back in the zone
-
Use visualization and goal-setting to gain a genuine edge
-
For athletes pursuing scholarships, elite programs, or championships, we go deeper, adding leadership, adversity response, and high-stakes mental preparation.

Parents are part of the process
We believe in keeping everyone aligned. Depending on your athlete's needs, we build in parent touch points to make sure the work we're doing in sessions is being supported at home. You'll know what your athlete is working on and how to reinforce it, without adding pressure.
Practical details
Sessions are 30 minutes, virtual or in-person in Phoenix/ Scottsdale, available in English or French.
Ready to unlock your full potential?
Every athlete is different. The right approach for an 12-year-old stepping into competitive athletics for the first time is very different from what a 17-year-old needs six months before their college showcase. Rather than guessing, we start with a conversation.
Book a free 20-minute discovery call and let's talk about where your child is, what they're working toward, and what's getting in the way. From there, we'll build a coaching plan that actually fits — not a package pulled off a shelf.
