College Mental Performance Coaching

You've Earned Your Spot: Now Own It
College athletics brings pressures that physical training doesn't prepare you for. The athletes who thrive are the ones whose mental game matches their physical ability. That's what we build.
The jump to college competition isn't just physical, it's mental in ways nobody warns you about. The academic pressure running alongside your sport. The competition for playing time. The weight of expectations from coaches, teammates, and yourself. The complexity of injuries, slumps, and setbacks in a high-visibility environment. And for some, the mounting decisions around transfers, professional opportunities, or national team pursuits.
We've built our college coaching around these realities. Whatever you're navigating, whether it's showing up in big conference games, managing a transfer, recovering from an injury, or preparing for a shot at the next level — the work we do together is built around your situation.
What our coaching looks like
Everything starts with understanding you — your sport, your position, your mental strengths, and the specific challenges you're up against. From there, we build a personalized mental performance plan rooted in our MASC Method.
-
Pre-competition routines that get you locked in and ready
-
Mental strategies specific to your position and competitive situations
-
Visualization and pressure-performance techniques that show up in real games
-

For high-stakes transitions, transfers, draft preparation, and injury comebacks, we provide focused, intensive support and coping strategies.

Coaching results
Through ongoing coaching, college athletes typically move from inconsistency to reliability, performing closer to their ceiling on a regular basis, not just on good days.
They get better at separating themselves from their results, so a slump doesn't become a crisis, and a bad game doesn't bleed into the next one. Pressure moments, the conference game, the at-bat with the season on the line, start to feel manageable rather than outsized. Athletes navigating transitions like transfers or injury comebacks move through them faster and with more direction.
In Their Words
"He gave me real tools to quiet the noise and compete from a place of confidence instead of anxiety."
"My final college season came with a kind of pressure I wasn't fully prepared for. Working with Jack completely changed how I handled all of it. He gave me real tools to quiet the noise and compete from a place of confidence instead of anxiety. Now, as I prepare for my pro career, having someone in my corner who has actually lived that transition as a professional athlete is invaluable. Jack doesn't just teach mental skills he's been in high-stakes moments himself, and that makes all the difference."

Support When You Need It
Our coaching is done in easily digestible 30-minute sessions, with scheduling built around your competition and academic calendar. Coaching is virtual, and available in English or French.
College seasons are unpredictable. You might have a bad game on a Tuesday and a big match on Friday. We build in the kind of access and responsiveness that makes coaching actually useful in real time, not just in our scheduled meeting.
